My son had same day surgery on his tear ducts, the doctor, nurse practitioner, anesthesia team, and even our nurse was amazing, they were so good with my son, explained everything and also he was given a stuffed animal, great experience, great staff and great hospital.
This trip to the ER was so much different than the past. Not bragging but we've seen our fair share of children's hospital due to illnesses and injuries. The wait time was not as long and the staff was pleasant and attentive. It's about time they offered activities for the kids while they wait to be seen. It's a distraction from the illness. They made son feel very special! It was his birthday, and they brought him gifts to the er while he was there.
Did not like why we were there but, everyone there explained everything and was very comforting!!! They got our sons surgery over in about half the time they estimate. Very glad it was done here thank you all so very much
The most amazing staff ever! The cardiology department/ Heart Center is awesome!! Can not thank them enough for caring for both of our children. Our daughter had to have a pacemaker inplanted in February and our son had a Loop recorder inplanted yesterday.
You all made sure my grandson was home with us and was able to celebrate Christmas, for this, we are eternally grateful.
Mine and my wife son Charles Lee Brody Pitts was born at Barnes Jewish Hospital at 30 weeks of pregnancy from C-Section. The staff, doctors, and nurses have been more then outstanding at taking care of him. Even though he has a huge temper for such a little guy they babe patience when handling him. They call us from time to time to give us information about what they have done and how he is doing etc. And I couldn't be more happier that our son is in great hands.
