This hospital is amazing. My grandson is finally getting the care he needs unlike another facility! Everyone is soaking and nice but also knowledgeable! It is Christmas and they are working to make it festive fir the kids as well. You just know you are in good hands and that they really care!!!
Amazing place! We spent 4 weeks in NICU this summer and are now currently in PICU. Everyone I've ever met is helpful, friendly & always able to answer any question. They take such good care of their patients & families. We are unfortunately here the week of Christmas & they've been going above and beyond to make sure we have some joy over the holidays. I would recommend this hospital to anyone with a little one.
My son had sinus surgery yesterday at Children's hospital. The Dr was wonderful. Surgical staff was fantastic. The stay in the 10th floor was TERRIBLE. Check in nurses at 6 pm were kind and helpful, but the night staff might as well not be there. The hospital needs private rooms. They have a rule of one parent stays per child which they did not enforce with our roommates, who talked all night and were very loud. They also messed up his pain med Rx when we left. Next time we will go to Cardinal Glennon.
You are the best hospital!!! My daughter loves the activities even though she is usually in isolation she always gets to participate. We appreciate everyone an they really care about you and your child. Our nurse Jill even made origami swans for my daughter to keep her company while she was tending her other patients. Thank you for everything. Signed a mom of a now healthy daughter.
I have had to take my son on two different occasions to two different specialist, and both times everyone I spoke with was extremely nice and helpful. I love coming to this hospital even if I do have to drive 3 hours just to see the specialist, it's totally worth the drive and time it takes for my son to see these wonderful doctors!..
Great staff that seems to really care. Very efficient check-in and check-out process. It was all like clockwork!
Our daughter had her pacemaker implanted in October. Every single person we had contact with from greeters to the sweet lady drawing her blood to her surgeon, Dr Petrucci, to the man who explained what she would see and hear in the OR, to the pacemaker nurse, and all of her nurses in the heart center were incredible. She was very well taken care of and was listened to and all of her questions were answered. We are so thankful for the hospital and the entire team for taking such good care of our girl. St. Louis Children's Hospital is absolutely wonderful. I recently was admitted and the nurses, staff, and doctors were truly outstading. They made it feel like home, rather than a hospital stay. Thank you so much St. Louis Children's Hospital! My family and I appreciate everything!
