I would give 5 but I really didn't like the ER Doctor if the nurse didn't think something more was wrong with my son we was going home you're nursing staff was great they made it a lot better for us there and I'm happy about that I told my husband we will have to send the nurse something cuz my baby was really in pain and I thank him for keeping a eye on him

My daughter was refused to be seen as a patient because we have insurance through the state of Illinois. Insurance,not Medicaid! She has a broken arm that requires surgery. The pediatric ortho's in Springfield didn't feel comfortable doing the surgery. She was referred to Children's and they refused to see her.

Everyone was absolutely amazing from the security guards to the doctors and everyone in between! We are from Kansas City, here on vacation, and my son slipped, fell in the shower (no tub at the hotel 🙄), and lacerated his forehead and required stitches. They brought us back to a room right away and got us discharged in less then 2 hours and that was with his lidocaine sitting on his laceration for 45 minutes and the doctor stitching for 30 minutes. My girls' were upset about their brother being hurt and a child life special... read more
