I took my son in to the emergency room was fast and everyone was so nice.Its so great to have great doctors that show compassion.

I've thought for a few days what I wanted to say.Our daughter had surgery Monday and she is doing WONDERFUL I don't think we met a single employee of children's that did not greet us with a smile our daughter is 15 and has only had one other surgery where anesthesia was used she has never had a surgery where she was admitted afterwards until Monday so needless to say she was very scared Dr.Warner and the surgery team was attentive and came in and explained everything that would be happening after surgery the lady that took c... read more

All the nurses and doctors are awesome. Having to take your child to the hospital is scary to begin with, but the staff make it so much easier! They are the only place to go! Thank you for always keeping a smile on your faces and making my child more at ease.

Always an amazing experience. My son was in the NICU at children's for almost 5 months, has been admitted to the PICU multiple times, and he sees 6 different specialists at the hospital. The doctors, nurses, respiratory therapists, PTs, OTs, speech therapists, cafeteria workers/cooks, security guards, literally everyone always makes sure the experience is as good as possible not matter the situation!

Absolutely the most amazing, knowledgeable, caring, patient, and professional team of medical professionals anywhere around. We've been here too much with our daughter who has a rare genetic disorder, they are the best!!! We live 3 hours away but all of her specialists are here. The care you receive here in the hospital is second to none!!!

What ever you do, DO NOT cancel 2 apts w/them if you are a new patient!!!! Because I had to cancel for reasonable cause (1st apt was canceled the same day I made the apt & 2nd apt was canceled 3 months in advance) & they will no longer accept my son EVER! I tried fighting them about it and they wasted 3 weeks with me just pulling my chain! They told me that the only way around it was to have my sons Dr. call. Well they did and they sent my sons medical records not once but twice! Why would they want them if they were never g... read more

We were in the er with my 9 month old son. We waited 5 hours in the waiting room!!! I understand that some people had more serious injuries and illness and needed to be seen first. I really get that but 5 hours...come on that is ridiculous. Expecially with a baby that doesn't understand waiting and you can't really entertain. The staff was wonderful though. They didn't get frustrated with me when I keep asking how much longer. And once we got in a room, we saw a doctor within 5 mins. If it wasn't for my son's doctor saying h... read more
