I absolutely love this hospital!! My daughter is 2 in a half years old and she has been to this emergency room 4 or 5 times now and they have always been so nice and helpful and attend to her right away!!!!
We have been with Children's for 2 years since my daughter was admitted to the NICU after birth. Right from the beginning we were treated with such kindness, empathy, and respect. Being a parent in the NICU was the hardest experience of my life and the staff at Children's made the experience much easier on me and my family. My daughter received the best care there and yesterday she graduated from newborn medicine. No more follow ups for us! I loved her doctors so much and they made every visit a good one. My family always trusts the doctors and nurses at STL Children's Hospital.
My daughter has to go in for infusions every 6 wks. The staff is wonderful. You get to know them and they know you. I could not think of a better place to take her.
On a normal basis I give this hospital 5 stars. My daughter comes here regularly and the staff is always amazing. Yesterday was a different story. She had surgery in same day surgery and the recovery nurse was nothing short of nasty! I'm reporting her and hope she can never treat another child the way she did mine yesterday.

I can honestly say I've never had a bad experience at this hospital!! From ever Dr we have seen to everyone we come in contact with in the therapy department have been open friendly and make the fact we spend every Tuesday there a great experience they take my granddaughters health and well being to the highest level!!
