The nurses, doctors, and PCA's were very responsive to our needs, questions, and concerns. The support staff (cafeteria, front desk, and some security guards) were not friendly and I felt as though I was bothering them when they provided service.
I am always amazed at how awesome SLCH is. Love the ophthalmology dept. The Drs there are outstanding and truly strive to help you make informed educated decisions for your children. So Thankful for all that they do each and everyday.
This is an exceptional hospital with incredible healing doctors, I know they have been caring for my daughter for 15 years. This hospital cares for their kids.
At first, I was not happy about being referred somewhere so far from home. But, right away, we got the answers to the questions that we had been asking elsewhere for over two months. And, my son got the help that he had been desperately needing. There is no place that I would have rather been. The hospital is so accommodating to children of all ages. There is so many neat things to see and do. All of the doctors and staff was so friendly and helpful. I am truly grateful for all that cared for my son during his stay.
Excellent Hospital, they took care of our 7 month old and got him where he needed to be. Could not thank them enough!
We went in for same day eye surgery for my 4yr old. The nurses & staff treated her like the star of the show...complete with fairy wings, princess tiara, lots of stickers & scrubs for her baby doll to wear too. We were in & out right on schedule. Thanks SLCH!
I couldn't ask for a better hospital! My daughter Katie has been coming there since 6th grade & she is now 16. We live 3 hours away & are willing to travel because of the wonderful doctors & staff! You guys make each child there feel like they are #1! Thanks for being such a great place!!
There awesome .... my daughter spent 2 months in there nicu 15 yrs ago amazing doctors/ surgeons of all kinds that's why I returned and trust them with my son
It was confusing as to wear we were supposed to go, there was a lack of signs showing us direction... However, one we got there, we could not have had a more pleasant experience. The doctors and nurses were OUTSTANDING!
