The nurses were great. I think they could see that my wife and I, along with my son were nervous. The nurses stepped right in and made my son feel comfortable and then made sure we understood everything that was going to happen. They were great.

In and out quickly. All of the staff was friendly and talked to my child like she was a person. As a mom that means a lot.
First I have to say that everyone was really nice to us that we came in contact with, the nurses, doctors, surgeons, etc but the whole floor of OR area....nurses and staff...at the front desk area of surgery is this amazing lady named Lisa. They were really supportive and encouraging, plus when a parent is a wreck and can't talk or put a sentence together because of the emotions they were all right there for me.
I absolutely LOVE Children's Hospital! I've been bringing all 5 of my sons to Children's since they where babies! My 2nd oldest that is 20yrs old was seen in the ER just this past summer & my 18yr old was there yesterday morning! The entire staff ROCKS!
My daughter had to get an MRI to see why her heart murmur was getting loader as she is getting older. Everyone was awesome. She even got a giving doll that got to go in the MRI room with her. Thank you to all that made us feel like family.
This hospital is truly the best! The doctors here are so nice and approachable. Staff is always ready to help you with directions, one doctor even went out of his way to show us where the nearest bathroom was to where my appointment was at cause of course I was walking WAY out of the way! Everyone is very friendly over here, you just feel it in your heart that you are in good hands :)
Smart, caring, and Empathetic staff that takes care of both parents and the children through some of the hardest battles in life! I would never go anywhere else! Thank you STL Children's!
I think it's a very good hospital!! All doctors & nurses are nice to the patients!! It's not depressing! They interact with the kids & make it fun for them!!
