Excellent and professional care by doctors, nurses and entire staff. There is one area that needs to be looked at but I will not discuss in an open forum,
I had a very bad experience with the Behavioral Health center on James st. I'd been in therapy with Sara Freer for 2 years. But it ended abruptly. You never end therapy abruptly. Everyone in that profession knows that. I shared intimated details of my life with her. Sure, we had our differences, but to just call me on the phone and thats it? She claims I requested to leave, but those words never left my mouth. I talked to their director but all she said was "we know best." Sorry. For therapy there are so many better options.... read more
I was a patient on 1-5, in mid October. Everyone was very nice, helpful and caring. Thank you for making my first hospital stay a good experience.
I was the recent ( unexpected) guest of the Emergency Department as well as D5. As a seasoned(Old) critical care nurse I realize I can be a bit much. I never met a single staff member who was anything but professional and compassionate. 5 stars all the way!
I received fantastic care Thank you to the E.D., Cardiology Dept, and the staff that took excellent care of me before and after my procedure.
I can’t say enough about our visit today to the Cardiac Center. From the time we walked into the door till we walked out. The staff and care we received was top notch. Thank you Dr. Fischi, our nurses Amanda and Christine and the whole Cardiac unit for your care and compassion. We were very impressed. Thank you.
My daughter was in the hospital for a total of 8 days and had such wonderful care!! The doctors and nurses were wonderful!! A special shout out goes to the nurses of 1-4 who made us feel like family!!
