Awesome hospital and amazing staff. Had my back surgery there in November. Simply amazing.
I went in to have a colonoscopy and when I woke up the nurses and doctors were swearing, talking in nasty ways about how "they like there men" and even saying how they hate there job and how patients suck. I used to love coming here for whatever needed done, I don't think I'll be back for a long, long time.
Two years ago I had a procedure at St. Joseph’s Hospital. Once everything was all said and done between the hospital billing and what the insurance company paid, I believed everything was all set as far as finances. Today, 2 years later, I get a bill in the mail for almost $600 that I still owe. I called Saint Joseph‘s and asked why it took so long and their response was it was the back-and-forth business between them and the insurance company. Very friendly and helpful staff everywhere we went. They took excellent care of my dad before, during and after his surgery. Couldn't have asked for better care.
Amazing staff. Had surgery yesterday and they were great to me. Highly recommended!!!! Kelly was fabulous and I’m sorry I don’t remember anyone else’s names. CNRA Carlos was fabulous as well. Dr. Semel is a great doctor!!
