This facility has a very good staff and has made me feel like a part of the St. Joe’s family!!!! The knowledge, kindness and caring staff- have made me feel as though I matter. I would say that this is by far, the very best experience I have ever had, in being in a hospital 🏥 God bless this place and their entire staff. 💕
Absolutely horrible, I’ve been waiting for over an hour for a scheduled drs appt, i know drs get pushed behind. But they don’t care about how long a patient waits!

I have been here for five hours. Your hospital is Bu!! $**t. I came in with sharp ass pain on my stomach and blood in my stool and one of your employees just told me im not as important as some other people. I guess the saying is true in Syracuse, take me to Crous. I will never recommend St.Joesphs to anyone.
I am absolutely disgusted in the care that my sister received and by the way she was treated. As for myself working in a hospital I am totally appalled!!!! Would definitely not recommend this hospital!!!!!
My mom was in severe pain so we rushed over to St. Joe's in an ambulance, and later found out she needed to have her gallbladder removed. The whole staff was amazing from start to finish, and it's such a clean facility. Dr. Maini and his team were able to get the surgery done the same day we came in, and they were great at comforting my mom's nerves. Kudos to everyone from start to finish!
