I had the worst experience during ACTIVE labor for my first child that St. Joseph’s made me never want to go back for my next child! SJH Cardiology provides the absolute worst patient care and customer service. To add insult to injury, when I emailed the Director of the Office of Patient Experience I received an automated email saying my email wouldn’t be delivered. No wonder everyone thinks SJH is lovely because no one can complain to provide less than pleasant experiences. Shocking. Our experience was awful my daughter walked to X-ray with an acl tear. We were told she had nothing wrong . Now we’re left with a hefty bill and rude people. St. Joseph’s your billing is ruthless. I have spent five days trying to get you to bill our secondary insurance only to be told I️ made up the insurance company and that it doesn’t exist. My father-in-law has had many excellent experiences in SICU and as he died under palliative care from multisystem organ failure as a result of diabetes. He was not Catholic, but he lived in the Holy Land and preferred our hospital. I was able to help my Husband's family understand what was going on with his therapy and he died peacefully.
