right now - 10/19/17 8:05pm - the girl answering the phone in the surgery waiting room is a ditz. a giggler. she should not be in a position of responsibility, should not be answering phones or questions regarding surgery patients. that position needs someone who knows how to speak - use the correct words and be responsive to the thoughts/feelings of the people calling about surgery patients.
