I had cardiac surgery to repair an “aberrant right subclavian artery” and “drainage/removal of a 8.2cm pericardial cyst” on Thursday morning at St Joseph’s! I will say that along with my main surgeons (Dr Zhou and Dr Semel) ALL OF the staff that cared for me during my 3 days there were INCREDIBLE!!! They were right there when I needed ANYTHING, had questions, they explained everything in detail and I 100% felt that they cared about me and my well-being! I would recommend going there to anyone who has any type of medical need... read more

I had the worst experience during ACTIVE labor for my first child that St. Joseph’s made me never want to go back for my next child! One nurse in particular that made me feel like I was making a big deal over nothing was Denise Nolan. I was checked into nurse triage around 4 am on March 28,2018. My contractions were 5 minutes apart. I could no longer walk and was in a great deal of pain.
