This was the cleanest hospital I've had the pleasure of visiting. And the staff were absolutely wonderful.
My two year old needed a scope and biopsy. The staff there I can not even express their kindness and compassion. The care was beyond excellent. They even gave my little one a stuffed teddy bear after procedure. One of the nurses heard me saying he was diagnosed w celiac. She gave me so many tips on what to feed him and where to get it which she went above and beyond. I can't thank the staff enough for making a difficult day more comforting due to their compassion. �
Just got home from St Joseph's hospital. I had an awesome experience. My operation went great.The staff was great keeping us updated and went out of their way to meet our needs. Can't say enough good about my stay.
If you ever are sent to the 2nd floor hopefully you have Becca for a nurse, know you have no problem she is very kind and Will truely talk to you and listen to you.She is a very kind and thoughtful of your condition all of the doctor and nurses are really super cool and Rachel is right up with Becca the both of them took excellent care of me and my wife and kids when they needed something they didn't hesitate to help them too
The absolute highest praises for St. Joseph's Hospital Health Center AND the St. Joseph's Home Health Care service (nurses and PTs) of Cortland County!!! Nurses in hospital (especially Devon) were very good to excellent. Physical Therapist was encouraging with a sense of humor. I have been house-bound for a month after hip revision surgery, and the St. Joseph's Home Health Care team has been beyond EXCELLENT!! I was admitted to the hospital on 04/22 by Cortland Regional by ambulance, Kudos to Dr Caputo and the staff of D-5 that took great care of me while I was there, very professional , very prompt. Not much I can say from the other facilities I was in that day. They made us feel very welcome do to the circumstances. Thank You.
