RecommendedThis facility has a very good staff and has made me feel like a part of the St. Joe’s family!!!! The knowledge, kindness and caring staff- have made me feel as though I matter. I would say that this is by far, the very best experience I have ever had, in being in a hospital 🏥 God bless this place and their entire staff. 💕

Absolutely horrible, I’ve been waiting for over an hour for a scheduled drs appt, i know drs get pushed behind. But they don’t care about how long a patient waits!

My wife was seen here for RUQ pain after being seen previously in Cortland for the same with a WBC of 18.5. We were told despite negative imaging that it was likely an issue with her gallbladder. We only came here because a GI doctor was suggested to us by someone we trust and is knowledgeable. We were seen and treated effeciently in the ED but once admission orders were placed everything went down hill. The admitting provider (an NP) only made it to the bedside before noon because we requested to talk to her multiple times ... read more
