Our experience was awful my daughter walked to X-ray with an acl tear. We were told she had nothing wrong . Now we’re left with a hefty bill and rude people. St. Joseph’s your billing is ruthless. I have spent five days trying to get you to bill our secondary insurance only to be told I️ made up the insurance company and that it doesn’t exist. My father-in-law has had many excellent experiences in SICU and as he died under palliative care from multisystem organ failure as a result of diabetes. He was not Catholic, but he lived in the Holy Land and preferred our hospital. I was able to help my Husband's family understand what was going on with his therapy and he died peacefully.
