Never stepping foot in this hospital ever again! I've had all three of my children here, it's my go to when someone's sick and I will never use them again! My toddler fell and hit his head at home and was rushed to St Joe's after vomiting. Staff called CPS on us and stated that they didn't believe our toddler climbed on a chair and fell, hitting his head. We got transferred to upstate/Golisano who obviously understand children climb and fall and hurt themselves. Go to UPSTATE If you have babies/children! They have trained pe... read more

Recommendedi got the best care the nurses were amazing , they always came in and checked on u ur pain level if u need help to bathroom need anything to drink or if i was hungry since NPO was over .. im thankful they made my stay comfortable as i was worried of results after the surgery i had . the nurses all of them ( third floor) were on point as im in health care as well . they were very compassionate conversational that helped me thru my anxiety attack one evening til med came thru . a number of things i give a A+ .. and my husband ... read more

This is THEE WORST hospital stay we have ever experienced. ER downplayed our concern only to have to eat crow when my sons bloodwork showed he was septic. Now in a room where not ONE single nurse is attentive, get very few answers to questions, and most wont even speak. Waited 3 hours for an IV pole and STILL waiting for a blanket and a drink! Very casual about his need for an antibiotic and can’t even get them to ck ER records for when his last med was. Thought this would be better than Upstate-boy was I wrong. Would love t... read more
