This is THEE WORST hospital stay we have ever experienced. ER downplayed our concern only to have to eat crow when my sons bloodwork showed he was septic. Now in a room where not ONE single nurse is attentive, get very few answers to questions, and most wont even speak. Waited 3 hours for an IV pole and STILL waiting for a blanket and a drink! Very casual about his need for an antibiotic and can’t even get them to ck ER records for when his last med was. Thought this would be better than Upstate-boy was I wrong. Would love t... read more

Want to give a big shout out and thank you to all the nurses and staff that helped me thru my surgery on Tuesday and taking care of me until I was able to leave. You all did a great job and I appreciated all that you did for me.
well st joes believes its okay for their male rn to come into my room introducing himself as my nurse. he sexually harrassed me making comments about my breasts and lady parts as well as my body. when reported this rn named alex the charge nurse lynn i was told it was not true and i just wanted attention. told the residing md at the er he said i was not in here to hear it. i am filling a full law suit. this is not okay. i have never in my life accused anyone of sexual harassment and or assault. Huge thank you to everyone in the surgery center. Especially nurse Brenda who was right there with through the whole process. And extra special thanks to the anesthesiologists who went above and beyond to make sure there was no vomiting this time around. My experience with the St. Joseph’s group was excellent and I would recommend them to anyone.
I was transported to St Joseph’s via ambulance from an urgent care. The urgent care called ahead and let them know I was coming and they said they would be ready. When I arrived the EMTs were told to take me to the waiting room to wait for a bed. The paramedics made the staff aware that they had given me pain medication and that I was unable to tolerate sitting but needed to lay down. 3 floor ICU staff was amazing I felt happy and excited for all my interactions with everyone you guys made me feel better from the inside out . wish I could remember names better I had a stroke and I kept walking the floor — with Jessica LeClair.
