There was a time when I would have recommended St. Joseph's hospital. Because their nurses and doctors are amazing! However, their administration staff leaves much to be desired. Their head of the birth certificate office is judgemental, rude, and not helpful in any way. Their head of patient relations totally dismissed my concerns with an "investigation" that was a complete joke.
Can’t get my medical records from them. I have called more than 10 times, and emailed several people. I’ve been trying since 11/21, and now it’s 1/21, and had to email two people again. I had to get the head of the dept involved, and still nothing. I have also tried getting my records in past years, and am still waiting.
