Just gonna vent about the St. Joe’s cardiology office in Syracuse for a minute... I had to call FOUR times in a 2 week period to try and get a refill on my heart medication that keeps me alive.. so finally on the fourth call I said I am not hanging up the phone without an answer as to why this is taking forever to be refilled.. just for the nurse to get on and tell me oh you need an appointment for it to be refilled so WHY COULDN’T ANYONE TELL ME THAT 2 WEEKS AGO? My Dad is currently there and they do not give him food. He went from Auburn to there a few days ago n they promised him food which they gave him none. He went for 30 hrs with no food!!! Fortunately Mom had smuggled in some water for him!! Today....they are right back to the same routine! No good, no good!!!?
