RecommendedCaring and compassionate staff who live their mission every day. St. Joe's is the safest hospital in Syracuse - by far - and I wouldn't go anywhere else.
This hospital obviously disregards peer-reviewed, evidenced base science, professional standards and the safety of its nurses. Many nurses there have tested positive for COVID after this hospital denied their nurses the proper PPE: masks with pores small enough (science) to filter virus particles. These nurses have put their lives at risk, their families' lives at risk and their other patients' lives by not having the proper protective equipment. SHAME on this facility.

A hospital that sells out & then endangers it's nurses, all while then blaming them for getting sick has no place operating these days. Their CEO said weeks ago they were ready to "open" - but now, without appropriate PPE for their nurses, esp the ones caring for Covid patients - they should shut their doors.
