Two years ago I had a procedure at St. Joseph’s Hospital. Once everything was all said and done between the hospital billing and what the insurance company paid, I believed everything was all set as far as finances. Recommendedexcellent medical workup on my mother. When they couldn't figure out cause an infection that called an infectious disease specialist in, and she was able to determine what it was!

There was a time when I would have recommended St. Joseph's hospital. Because their nurses and doctors are amazing! However, their administration staff leaves much to be desired. Their head of the birth certificate office is judgemental, rude, and not helpful in any way. Their head of patient relations totally dismissed my concerns with an "investigation" that was a complete joke.
