Our experience was awful my daughter walked to X-ray with an acl tear. We were told she had nothing wrong . Now we’re left with a hefty bill and rude people. St. Joseph’s your billing is ruthless. I have spent five days trying to get you to bill our secondary insurance only to be told I️ made up the insurance company and that it doesn’t exist. My father-in-law has had many excellent experiences in SICU and as he died under palliative care from multisystem organ failure as a result of diabetes. He was not Catholic, but he lived in the Holy Land and preferred our hospital. I was able to help my Husband's family understand what was going on with his therapy and he died peacefully. It is always amazing to me that people have no idea what is involved in the processes of caring for folks who are receiving intervention in an acute care hospital, and if they are not the o... read more
