SJH Cardiology provides the absolute worst patient care and customer service. To add insult to injury, when I emailed the Director of the Office of Patient Experience I received an automated email saying my email wouldn’t be delivered. No wonder everyone thinks SJH is lovely because no one can complain to provide less than pleasant experiences. Shocking. I’d love to actually speak with someone in charge of this health care facility or perhaps they’d just like me to continue to discourage people from seeking medical attention... read more

At the doc...checkup time.....
Our experience was awful my daughter walked to X-ray with an acl tear. We were told she had nothing wrong . Now we’re left with a hefty bill and rude people. St. Joseph’s your billing is ruthless. I have spent five days trying to get you to bill our secondary insurance only to be told I️ made up the insurance company and that it doesn’t exist. I have asked for solutions to this problem only to be told there are none. I️ hung up today in tears. I️ feel terrible for anyone who is undergoing serious medical treatments and has t... read more
