Outstanding care by all medical staff. I live 4 hrs north and will travel to get great care. Dr. Montgomery by far 5 stars with myself and my family. It's nice to see smiles and friendly staff. Thank you.

My dad had heart surgery yesterday and we could not have asked for a better environment for him, the staff has all been professional but very approachable, always making us feel like our questions were valued.....great job everyone! and the encouragement and prayers from everyone while I was running around the outside of the hospital with my flag during his surgery was comforting from the security and valet employees to everyone else just out and about

Had a hysterectomy 11/1. Went to their ER the day after discharge with severe vaginal bleeding. Sat there for 6 hours and NEVER saw a doctor. Called my Gyn to let her know what was going on and she told me to come straight to her office she would wait (it was after 5 pm) for me. Thank God she figured out what was wrong and helped me. I won't ever go to this ER again.

Had testing at the endoscopy unit and they were pleasant and helpful, I was made very comfortable so I fell asleep. They woke me to tell me I was not supposed to sleep during the testing. Tell me in advance, not after it happened. So I don't know if the tests will need to be repeated.

Thank you to the great staff at St. Joe's! I went in for outpatient surgery but had to spend the night. The staff from 1-1 to preop to the OR to the PACU and 5-2 were fantastic to me and my family. Thank you for everything.

This ER sucks I've been waiting room in pain for eight hours and counting and had to argue just to gt a Tylenol. Meanwhile guy walks in in a cheerful mood (no pain) gets called twelve minutes later and and is whole visit took two hours and change, I'm still waiting looking like the elephant man

For a hospital it's okay. Food was so-so. Nurses, some could use some extra training in bedside manners. In all it better than the VA hospital. Would go there again. .
