The worst experience of my life. My poor mother went thru hell. The nurses on the 3rd floor are unbelievably horrible minus a couple of them. Katie the nurse manager and Jennifer the nurse coordinator are awesome. The problems happen when they aren't here. It's too long of a story for me to write everything but warning stay away from this hospital if you are in need of a lot of care. The nurses are too busy to help and you have to wait forever to get assistance.
I went in to have a colonoscopy and when I woke up the nurses and doctors were swearing, talking in nasty ways about how "they like there men" and even saying how they hate there job and how patients suck. I used to love coming here for whatever needed done, I don't think I'll be back for a long, long time.

I have a Masters Degree in Management and Healthcare Administration and a Doctor of Public Health Candidate. I was seen at St. Joseph's ER and subsequently admitted to their observation unit for 2 days. The care I received was exceptional. It is clear that this organization is focused on quality and quality improvement, that patients are the very center of everything they do.
