I had a Thyroidectomy here on July 21st, 2017, so 2 days ago. My experience was honestly pretty good considering the pain I was and am in from the surgery. I really only have 2 complaints. 1. I live 1 1/2 hours from this hospital. My boyfriend was there with me, and when it came time to go to bed they don't let anyone stay with you over night. The only thing they offered was a tiny little cott that they set up in the waiting room that someone else ended up stealing from him, and he had to sleep in the car in the parking gara... read more
I must say I am very impressed with this hospital,this is where I will be coming if I need surgery or get sick.my dad on 7/20 had a carotid endarterectomy done by dr.semel who is great by the way,and everyone from the front desk staff,dr,and nurses were great and very professional and knowledgeable, and props to my dad's anesthesiologist although I was not with him right before his surgery my dad and brother thought he was great.the surgical waiting room was state of the art and very comfy,I really liked seeing on the TV scr... read more

The nurses on 4D on the 3-11 shift were too busy on their cell phones to give my wife a shower.

The nurses on 3rd floor are top shelf!!! Should be proud of them...���
