Nothing but issues when it comes to any of the St. Joseph's primary care physicians. Staff doesn't seem to know what they are doing. Very rude secretary D Huggins at the Primary Care Center at the Gifford St location. She "thinks" paperwork was brought to the records department to be sent to insurance. Insurance has yet to receive it even though was told over a week ago it was sent to insurance by a secretary over the phone. When I asked for a phone number to complain, she closed the window. I have had two heart attacks and been there this past few days and they put two stents in for a total of four now I love the cardiac care they are professional and attentive to what was wrong with me the best cardiac staff around in my book they have saved my life twice when a PCP told me before I went in it was heart burn and I have sleep apnea well needless to say I have a new PCP now and stick with Dr Caputo and staff they are the best
