Disgruntled and rude staff and nurses. Nurse that was on staff printed a multi page policy out on paper instead of talking to us like human beings about their animal policy. Several hours between nurse checks on the patient we were visiting.
Dr Drake and emergency room doctors were very caring, kind & intelligent! They kept me informed and made sure i was comfortable. The nurses, aids and cleaning people on 3d floor were remarkable in every way!! So caring, kind & concerned!! The food was also very good with a great selection to choise from! I will highly recommend St Joes to family & friends!! There like angels with no wings...maybe wings are hiding behind their jackets!! 🤓
It's such a great hospital with incredibly competent and kind staff. I just had a surgery there on Oct 20th. I don't get nervous with any surgeries I have there because the staff is always there. They are thorough and extremely tentative to your needs. They treat you with dignity and compassion. Thank you for taking such good care of me!
My 89 year old grandfather went to the ER yesterday..with labored breathing..irregular heatbeat..they made him sit in the waiting room for 25 minutes..even though the ER was completely empty! Then the nurse called a security guard when nothing was said in a threatening matter..hes been there 3 times in the past 3 weeks with the average stay of 3.5 hours before any determination being made. What ever happened to patient care?
The staff here is phenomenal. Everyone was friendly and extremely helpful . Hoping when my brother has to have his major surgery, he can go here vs. the bigger hospital in Milwaukee .
I had call the ambulance and go to the ER because my 13 year old daughter slipped on the wet grass last night and fell breaking ber ankle. The emt's did an amazing job calming her down while working on her and getting all the info they needed! They did everything possible to make sure that her pain was as minimal as possible and that she was calm and comfortable until we arrived at the ER.
