Thankfully we haven't had too many experiences with hospitals over the years, but of the ones we have, Froedtert St. Joseph's was BY FAR the best experience. Kind and knowledgeable staff, super communicative, just fantastic over all. Will definitely be returning should situation warrant.
Waited over 2 1\2 hours to be seen! Got attitude from the lady behind desk! And when I went to ask her if she knew how much longer she ignores me!
Had out patient surgery there yesterday...entire staff very nice and helpful. They took care of my fears and were very supportive.
Had a appointment there and was told it was at a another hospital, we're from Fdl and had this test done several time before there. Had to wait a hour and half before I could have the test. They better get there shit together or I won't go there any more.
Great hospital full of helpful people who really care. What else do you want in a hospital?
