RecommendedI think you may need to evaluate some of your employees and who you put into a supervisor position. As someone is nursing school I would be disgusted to have a supervisor talk about me like this in a public forum.

Took my mother there, for a squished thumb. In the end it took one stitch and 5 hours to get that stitch. The nurses and staff were kind and apologetic. But this er is pathetically slow.
Spent two of the last 5 days in St. Joes ER the first visit did not solve my problem at all. The nurses and doctor were friendly but other then a CT scan they diagnosed me with back pain and sent me on my way. Tonight i returned to the E.R. with the same symptoms but worse pain. My blood pressure was higher then the first visit as well. After another ct scan my wife and i pleading for them to do an ultrasound they sent us home. I’m here every six months for blood work and CT scans. I have always been treated well by all staff. The CT staff are always very prompt, courteous and friendly.
Do not go here with a health issue in the middle of the night. The do not have time for you. After hiking today I found a tick embedded in the middle of my back and could not reach it to remove it myself. It was 1 am and no one was around to do it (I was staying by myself in a hotel room nearby).
