I have been to this hospital many years. The people there is always friendly. Not only the nurses and doctors but even the people who do the cleaning.
St Joe’s... where you can be neglected, get no care, but if you hang out near the nurses station you can learn how to swear like a sailor, all about gardening and how petty people are when planning a wedding. All for the healthcare cost of thousands! Woohoo!

Months ago our son had services rendered at this hospital. We were there about an hour, with roughly 10 minutes of staff helping us while the other 50 minutes we just sat in the room by ourselves. They took his blood pressure, heart rate, and gave him a cup of Motrin, and I received a $133 doctor bill, which is fine, but a $775 facility fee bill also. When contacted, they informed me I was lucky because this was the cheapest facility charge they have, and I had to accept this. For anyone to think that’s even relatively close... read more
Went to the ER with sick grandson... I understand it’s flu season... but A four hour wait with a sick 7 year old is a tough time
I was in the emergency. Everyone was so kind. They were so competent and right on it from the moment I walked in the door. They were just wonderful and had me in and out of there in about 2 1/2 hrs. I will never be nervous about going there again!!
I’ve had 4 surgeries there in the past 3 years. The staff is the most caring group of professionals that I know. The doctors are wonderful. I cannot day enough good about the nursing staff there. Every nurse I’ve had there is just awesome. Without the nurses in this world and especially at this hospital I never would have made it through some very difficult situations. I hate being in a hospital but if I have to choose, this hospital rocks!!!
