Staff sucks!!! They are rude. Short with patient. But they seem to be in joyful moods as the laughs can be heard in the room from the hall. So be ready to be treated like a bother. And if you say something. It gets worse.

RecommendedVery nice hospital! Realize this is a satellite hospital, and if they for some reason can not handle it Froedert in Milwaukee is not that far away. Love my St. Joe’s
RecommendedJust left Urgent Care. I had taken a fall, and I knew from previous experience that Drexel had a full-service operation. The staff was compassionate and personable. Receptionist Megan fussed over me and explained triage to impatient patients. The medical professionals did a great job diagnosing and treating my broken elbow. Some even remembered me from winter’s broken wrist. I’m a fan.
My surgery was only supposed to last about 2 1/2 hours. It lasted 6 1/2 because of all the scar tissue they had to deal with in my belly. After surgery they gave me minimal pain killers as I cried in my room with no help most of the night. The nurse was rude. I was not able to get out of bed, yet they did not care to come in and help when I needed it. Waited usually at least 1/2 hour for any help.
