To show you the money grabbing crybullies that run this place. I tripped and fell probably cracked a rib but started to have severe abdominal burning pain. I went to my doctor on Tuesday, she didn't have time for me, I went to the WB clinic, they wanted to do an X-ray and ultrasound. But couldn't so called the emergency room for help. I went there and told them again I only need an X-ray and ultrasound for the clinic. Been in the MCU for a few days, and the staff has been wonderful. Huge props to my Nurses Leah, Annette, Chris, Rebecca, and Kristina and the techs like Brittany and Sara ('m sure I'm forgetting names). Everyone has been incredibly kind and accommodating, which has made dealing with my ailment much easier.
Incredible patient care & highly efficient! Had a CT scan this morning and I was in and out in 45 minutes!
I can officially say all 3 of my children have been through the ER here and every time the staff was straightforward but kind and supportive. Thank you for making sure we had anything we needed and always having a kind word to keep this mom calm!
Just wanted to give a huge shout out to all of my nursers, techs, Anesthesiologist, and most importantly Dr. Miranda for an outstanding job on my surgery today. Everyone made me feel very comfortable. Dr. Miranda is a wonderful OBGYN. He is caring, very informal, and extremely smart! He's finally getting to the bottom of my medical problems which have been straining my life. Thank you everyone for the wonderful care. Very poor attention to a patient bleeding with a very large wound. Sat in waiting room of the ER for 1 hour and 40 minutes due to all doctors being on "lunch".
