I give good marks for the Doctors and Nursing staff. The billing department is terrible. My wife was in a crash and the hospital sent us six different bills. Unfortunately they sent us one more, 6 months after the crash. After the insurance company had already settled. When we asked the billing office to look into it they said they would and said "watch the mail." Next thing we heard they had sent it to collections. They won't talk to us about it to explain why it's in collections instead of being looked into like they said.... read more
