From the ambulatory surgery staff to the OR staff to the nursing staff on the floor, to the food service staff, my entire experience at St. Joe's could not have been better. I'm so grateful to have had such fine surgeons in Dr. Miranda and Dr. Bosbous. As a Froedtert employee, the multiple uses of AIDET did not go unnoticed. Every person I encountered was kind and caring and not once did anyone ever seem rushed or too busy to help me.
Emergency on drive home from Louisville KY.The ER staff were kind efficient and we did not stay in ER for 6 hours like we do at St. Agnes The ER receptionist was kind with a smile as I continued to constantly have her open door for me while waiting for family to arrive. Excellent hospital. Want to say Thank you so very much to Dr Soneson and all the nurses and anesthesiologist whom cared for me and made my surgery today as pleasant of an experience as possible. Each and everyone of you are wonderful people and beyond excellent at your profession.
So after sitting for 2+ hours, you send us to Children's instead because the surgeons are NOT comfortable working in a child?? Why are there not enough experienced surgeons on staff, or on call? Why is this hospital even in this community, if they can't help everyone in it?? Terrible. Absolutely terrible!
I just want to thank all the staff from housekeeping on up! You are all top notch! On Feb 6th my wife gave birth to our son. You all made it the best experience we have had! Having had a bad experience last year with the birth of our first son(at another hospital) we were put at ease with your hospital and staff! You have all touched our hearts,and will be remembered forever! Thank you and God bless you all!!!
