Because their food service and employees in food service is really nasty as hell, they want to give u what they want you to have don’t ask the patient wat would they like for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Bring whatever is in the kitchen I wouldn’t recommend nobody to come to SAINT FRANCIS HOSPITAL-MEMPHIS THIS WILL BE MY LAST TIME COME HERE ONCE I GET DISCHARGE I WILL TAKE MY BUSINESS SOMEWHERE ELSE WONT BE HERE ANYMORE I PROMISE YOU THAT.

My mom had 2 strokes I Never liked this hospital but it was the closest. From icu to the fourth floor rehab she revived the best care every one on those floors were sweet caring and loving thanks guys you Rock 💕💕💕💕
Just got home from a 2 day stay. I received the BEST care ever! Every single person I encountered was caring and attentive. The care was top-notch. The room was spotless. Food was typical hospital food, lol. Could not possibly ask for a better patient experience. Customer for life and will recommend to everyone I meet.
I had a horrible experience at Saint Francis Hospital after surgery. My patient room was dirty especially the bathroom. I found a dirty bath towel in the shower from the previous patient in my room. The 1st day stay the 2nd and 3rd shift staff on the 6th floor on Thomas did not manage my pain well after surgery. I stayed in pain most of the time. I heard some staff even talking bad about their patients prognosis and diagnosis. The nurses kept me waiting when I push the nurse's call light for assistance to did up out of bed. ... read more
St. Francis is the best when it comes to mental health. I was at 15 Barrey for almost a week. It was so helpful. I would recommend
I recently had some outpatient testing done and it was a great experience! The staff were very efficient and friendly. They explained everything during my tests and made me feel at ease. Thank you and keep up the great work!
