Racist, rude, unprofessional, why do these people still have a job ?
Horrible place. Do not take your children here if they are on 16 Barry. She came out extremely sick and they did nothing. They refused to give her the prescribed medicines she was on for depression. The doctor would not talk with me for a few days. Finally she put her back on only one of her medicines.

This is the worst hospital in the city of Memphis. Please avoid this establishment at ALL cost. Please. I’ve been in the waiting room 5+ hours listening to hospital laugh and crack jokes since I’ve been here. What happen to making people comfortable?! This hospital should have been shut down. This is unacceptable.

My family had a very bad experience at St. Francis Hospital recently and I feel the need to share this. I did talk to Aleece Hataway twice and she has apologized and also sent my daughter-in-law (the patient) a letter of apology.
