I went there recently for a kidney stone. Dr. Told me I was going to pass two actually. He told me it would be very painful and it would actually be worse than then pain I was having at that time. He told me to take Tylenol. I had to go to Baptist East and they took great care of me. Yesterday, I had to take my Mom to St. Francis Bartlett. Dr came in only once. She has the flu. Friendly and knowledgeable staff! Ortho floor has great patient rooms and staff!
All the workers go above and beyond what they need to do to make your stay outrageous. Anyone that needs a hospital in the Memphis Tennessee area needs to come here. I have not found anything at all to complain about. So if you have to visit a hospital or go to a hospital this is the one for you.
I'm sitting here now and the nurse practitioner has run around giving everyone back here pain meds, making personal calls, etc while I've been here 5.5 hours, back here 3.5 and it's clear she's overworked, but also they are very unresponsive. No excuse. I don't want to disclose my personal treatment but that it was substandard and far below par.
I got exceptional care at St. Francis Hospital. Everyone was so nice and helpful during this very stressful surgery. i had the robotic surgery which is new to most but everyone acted like experts and everything came out perfect. From the surgery team to the pre and post op care i got on the 6th floor. if i ever need surgery or know anyone that needs surgery I will highly recommend St. Francis Hospital. Thanks St. Francis Hospital. You are the greatest!!!!!
I've been with family in many other hospitals and been in several myself, but I've never witnessed better care. The entire staff, from housekeeping to the Doctors, ( and especially the nursing staff and CNA's) went above and beyond to do all they could for me and my family. Big shout out to everyone on the 5th floor. I was in room 504 (from 8-22-17 to 8-25-17) If ever I should need to be hospitalized in the future I plan to choose St. Francis. God bless you all.
