I was in your hospital for surgery. Spent a couple days and from the Admissions office to the 6th floor, Every person I came in contact with was Extremely kind and considerate . Especially surgery nurse, Michele Potts and 6th floor nurse Libby RN

I have just spent 7 days in your establishment under the care of Diane Lum who let me lay in a hospital bed for 7 days my being a paraplegic with one leg the floors in my room were filthy over seven days I got washed up 2 times total by the staff the rest of the time my mom who happens tp be a retired nurse came over and helped me. I have had many surgeries so I have a very high tolerance to pain meds and was allowed to lay in that hospital bed and cough till my lungs and ribs felt as though they were going to rupture. I swear this is the worse hospital in Memphis besides Methodist north. My dr should of listened to me when I said I didn't wanna come here . I had my first baby here and the staff is RUDE And our own race is cocky. I never trusted this hospital. Not even for a visit. It's only two nurses I trusted with my baby. One was black and the other was a Chinese. They kept it real and kept me humbled. They made sure I knew what was going on with my baby. I will never have another baby here if my life depended on it. I really wish I didn't have to give even one star. This time of year is always hard on me because of the experience at this hospital. My child has had prior psychiatric stays. Let me give you a little background. At the age of 4 he suffered a skull fracture with a brain bleed. He was later diagnosed with TBI. His first psychiatric hold, his roommate beat him up.
