They insist on us filling out the same forms, and there is oh so many), over and over even if no changes have occurred. This is clearly not a patient oriented policy.
Best labor and delivery experience we could have asked for.
St Francis is the best hospital ever!!! ED staff took my Dad right in, got him in cath lab within 15 minutes. Dr Doss immediately took care of blocks in his heart. Kept us informed all the way through. Thank you to everyone!!!
My Mom had lung cancer surgery last month on the 22nd. Not only did the staff on 5 Thomas take excellent care of her they also made sure that we (my brothers and I) were ok. I've never seen anything like it. My Mom is my Shero. My parents have been married for 60 years and neither has had to be hospitalized. This was quite an ordeal for us all. In 2016 I was in physical therapy on 12th floor. I called them several times to go to the bathroom and nobody came. I finally went in the bed and kicked all the nasty bedding off the bed. There is more but no room for it. I heard it is (12th floor) is closed now
They have a very caring and concerned staff.
It is a Great place...they took great care of my wife Belinda Downen .I like to give a special thanks to the Doctors and nurses ...Valerie , LaToya and Louise
Patient care is one of the last things they will provide to the chronically ill. Family member with Sickle Cell disease is there now being mistreated by doctors and nursing staff. She has gotten worse since she was admitted.
