There's a serious communication problem at this place. I go there because of my doctors but it's time to find new doctors to get away from here. SOME of the nurses and assistance are RUDE, DON'T KNOW HOW TO COMMUNICATE, LAZY AND JUST DON'T CARE!!!! Lot of them are here just to say they work at St. Francis.
Why is it necessary to scan my drivers license to enter the hospital to visit a family member? The answer is, it is not! Why they insist on doing this is beyond my understanding. I have zero faith in their ability to protect my information. Not even mentioning the lackadaisical care we have received in the past when my wife was a patient.

Absolute worst hospital ever! DO NOT take yourself to this hospital or anyone that you love to this place!!! The dr refused to talk to us and give any help! The nurses and case managers were the same way! Do not go here for any reason!!!!! If I could give a negative rating I would! Never ever again will we step foot in this place!
Very professional great service
The most rudest,none communicating set of nurses I've ever seen. They're only here for those 12 hour for a paycheck. They definitely don't care about these patients at all and it's obvious. Lol they really get an attitude when you ask for the Supervisor, however the Supervisor didn't even assist us. Walk clean in the room looking upside our head and didn't open her mouth to let us know who she was. So if you have family that's being treated here PLEASE be mindful of this and don't leave them alone.
Rahim has seen me for PT and Cletis for OT in rehab for the past 14 visits and they been great. Thanks for pushing me to my limits and putting up with me!
The worst care possible. Go anywhere else if at all possible.
