My mom was sent to this facility after spending 4 weeks at another hospital. In the week that she has been in LTAC, she has completely back slid and has gotten WORSE!!! The staff is not even interested in getting her meds right and getting any medical information from the nurses is like pulling teeth. If you do not ask EXACTLY the right question, get EXACTLY the right response and ask EXACTLY the right follow up question, you are not going to know what is going on.

I was not giving a bed I was in a chair facing the walls.I would not go there again.But not from Menphis Tennessee.
Rahim is great physical therapy...his has work with me for 11weeks i came in with so much couldn't walk i had to learn again and working with him he work me hard and very positive of what he do his the best 💪💪 i give him ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
