The Wait in the ER is extremely long. They seat you in another room after check in and you sit there for at least 3 hours, no one checks to see if you are ok or anything. This is absolutely ridiculous

The nurses are mean to the patients. My sister has been waiting for lunch for 3 hours. Now at 1:00 PM nothing has come. I don't know her cost but I sure as hell it is not worth it. I say to St Francis fire everyone and concentrate on the patient.

parking. so many empty parking spaces reserved for senior class members and hardly any for handicap people. your senior class member should get used to walking because they are gonna be doing so much of in their profession. this is ridiculous.

He was trying to get my uncle discharged except my uncle cannot even walk to use the bathroom and no one is able to stay with him 24/7 like he needs. Social work got him a bed in a nursing home but because the doctor said my uncle can SOMEHOW take care of himself (he can... read more

ICU: Outstanding, attentive and compassionate care. Ever single one of them goes the extra mile and holds their patient dear to heart.
