Terrible stay, i am admitted now and debating on leaving lied to by a middle eastern doctor, they dont want to listen or pay any attention to what i have to say... with that being said the nurses are GREAT just the over head are completely oblivious to my concerns... just a terrible experience here
Unfortunately an error was made with a prescription. It took a week and a multitude of phone calls and its still not rectified. What does it take to get someone that will actually be helpful? I laugh when I see that commercial, "I'm right here.". Signed the patients wife, Leigh Anne Preston
I.was.abused and my ACL sprained after going in for a.75 point.sugar drop. I have had all injuries documented by an unaffiliated hospital. I was improperly restrained after being intentionally triggered by a nurse upset out a past incident that actually was mental health related. Do NOT take anyone with mental illness here. They will be abused and then held responsible for what happens when the staff triggers their mental illness. I never usually leave reviews but last night my husband, son and I were staying at a hotel about 20 minutes away from this hospital. My son slipped in the indoor swimming pool and ended up with a very deep laceration on his forehead. We took him straight to this hospital and was taken very good care of and had not long of a wait at all. The explained everything that they were doing to my son. RecommendedMy general practitioner Donald Price and my therapist Lisa Arrasmith are the best. Both care about both my physical well being as well as my mental health. Both are very friendly and professional
Nurse Barbie on the 4th floor walked into my father in laws room and told him he was going to die today. She treated him harshly and was very rough with him. When my husband approached her, outside of the room, she said, she only told him he was dying. Then, she said she was going to call security. There were 3 witnesses to her actions, 2 were nurses themselves. Completely appalling.
