Dr. Mullen at the Spine Center is great!! Had an ESI performed today and barely felt it! As a teacher, I grade him 100/A+ on this procedure. Support staff was excellent all around as well.
The staff is usually really nice, though it depends on who you get, BUT my dad has POTS (postural orthostatic tachycardia syndrome) and it's not rare, but a lot of doctors don't know about it. Almost EVERYONE in this hospital who we've seen when my dad is here is always great, always knowledgeable, always knows what POTS is. "He is having a POTS flare" "Oh okay, well let's do some labs and get him some fluids!" It's so refreshing not to have to explain everything all over again and fight to get him the care he needs!
My experience was great. The staff was amazing. They took real good care of me. Dr. Carrington did an amazing job and helped me understand what was going on. I've had 2 procedures there with Dr. Carrington and if I have to have more I would definitely go back.
i have been treated as a addict at the ER before to. I'm not one,I don't even drink. they sent me away with nothing for my pain my ankle was in so much pain. the x-rays did not show any damage to the ankle or foot. but what kinda freaked me out is as i was limping away in the parking lot i noticed the ER nurse following me. i guess he want to see that he was right in turning me away. As always I was looked after and they made me as comfortable as they possibly could. I cant say enough good things about the staff there at st e. 5 star rating.
