Why is St. E literally the rudest and worst hospital in this area? You all are a joke and your garbage receptionists and nurses all deserve to be fired. And this has been constant for years now. You all care 0% for your patients and 100% for the money. People if you need to, go to UC or Christ. All the St. E locations are absolute jokes
Complete garbage. Went to get checked for a blood clot. Was told nothing was found. Went to another hospital days later and 2 blood clots were found. The tech said she’s been doing these kinds of tests for 15 years!
I have been here for 5 days. Came in for a simple hernia repair and ended up in the cardiac unit. I have met the most rude doctor I have ever encountered, who keeps promising me surgery and canceling. I am completely unhappy with my stay and I will never return here. I would walk out AMA right now if I weren’t on a cardiac drip that is literally keeping me alive. Words can not express how furious I am.
We saw Dr. Kakel today at St. Elizabeth Urgent Care on Winston Ave. and had a great experience! Usually going to the Doctor is very stressful because my child can be pretty disruptive and doesn’t usually like to cooperate. Dr. Kakel knew just how to connect with him and I didn’t have to stress or struggle with him one time! I wish we could see him more instead of just visiting him during emergencies. St. Elizabeth Florence is by far the worst hospital in the area. Please if you have a choice then go over to Cincinnati! Awful, horrible doctors and extremely rude and uncaring nurses.
I had my routine blood work drawn the day before my Doctors visit. When going over the results with my Doctor it did not look like my blood work at all. So many things were off but the biggest was the liver function was very high and the kidneys were iat kidney failure numbers. If my doctor had not been following me so closely I could have paid to go to a specialist that I did not need, I could have been put on meds I did not need, paid for test I did not need etc. i had my blood drawn again in less than 24 hours and the res... read more
