Since visiting the urgent care we are receiving bills from all over the country for varying amounts with no idea what any of them are for. I suspect there is some scam going on and none of the patient information is safe. When we were in the urgent care, someone came in complaining of the exact same thing. His records according to the lady at the desk showed he only owed 75 cents but he was receiving bills for $100s.

Really aggravated with outpatient services. There should be help with people coming in that are disabled, in need of a wheelchair or help. I just watched an older woman (apparently alone) in a wheelchair and very sick looking and indicated she needed the restroom. She was given a wave to the direction of restroom. She could barely stand and I hollered over she is in a wheelchair and she can’t walk so finally someone came around desk and took her. I was admitted on 12/07/2018 for surgery, I had a horrible reaction with the pain meds and anesthesia. I have had plenty of surgeries and never have I acted out the way I did after this surgery. I actually woke up in the OR room trying to tell whomever to wait as I felt them ripping tape off of my belly, whomever did not listen and ripped off a patch of tape hard, and fast off of my skin, I screamed, yelled out of anger and was highly confused of what was going on. RecommendedDuring our stay for the birth of our son, we had some of the best nurses! Breanna, Jen, Chaithey, and April were absolutely incredible and made me more than comfortable! All of my nurses were good, but those 4 women were outstanding and if anyone questions coming here to deliver, dont it has been a great experience!
