The nurse and tech that took care of by 2 year old were the best!! Everyone there was so sweet. We didn’t even wait in the waiting room for 5 minutes. Everything was so fast and smooth!!

My wife has been, and is a patient there, currently, and she's been lying in pain for several hours, pain meds have been ordered, but no one will come in....her nursing staff has been in a total of 4 times since 11:30AM today.........she was given the green light to eat, around 6:30, and no one ever came to take her dinner order, and they closed at 8:00, she was given a turkey sandwich, which is fine, but, to pretty much ignore a patient for that long and for so many different things is a bit sad and upsetting
RecommendedI am a patient of St.Elizabeth Physicians Florence,Kentucky. I have been going there since 1981. I have always received the very best in care. My current physician is Dr. Elizabeth Velazquez and she is a wonderful and caring doctor. She has gone out of her way many times to help me through problems. I would definitely recommend this office and Dr. Velazquez to everyone.
