Bob Dees was great!! Very personable!! Since I am very busy at work this was the first time I have done a whole transaction over the phone on a new car! We were upside down on our car and Nissan got us into a new Murano! I highly recommend this dealer and their prices were 1 to 2000 dollars lower than the competitors.
They told me several lies while we came together on a price. It was insulting to me as a woman as I think they expected to just pull the wool over my eyes. They tried to tell me I had to finance just to get one of the rebates. It was $2500 and I had printed out the terms so I knew they were lying. They finally admitted this. Then they turned around and tried it again on the “loyalty” rebate. We had purchased an 2017 Armada from them. I knew you don’t have to finance to get a loyalty rebate.
