I travel for work and usually have my vehicle serviced at Youngblood Nissan in Springfield, MO and I have never had any issues at that dealership. Now I have bee taking my Nissan to St. Charles Nissan and let me tell you it is a waste of my time. My car was on full synthetic oil when I took it there the first time, after my service there it no longer is. I requested a full synthetic oil change on my first appointment in April of 2020 and received a conventional oil change without my knowledge until I went to pay for my synth... read more

This was my first time having service done on my newly aquired 2017 Nissan Sentra. I worked with Ted Schauwecker and he was fantastic! Very professional and advised me that since my vehicle just surpassed 60,000 miles there were several things that I should consider having done per the Nissan recommended maintenance schedule. We have purchased our last 2 vehicles from St. Charles Nissan, they are by far the best car dealers around. There was a small "glitch" with our 2nd vehicle but it was handled so professionally from the sales staff, title clerk & management, they turned a stressful situation into a terrific outcome. Mr Greg Winter, hands down the best sales guy I have ever dealt with. The guy was vary nice super patient (we happen to be them people that was not prepared). he helped us every step of the way to make a great deal on a great car. every one of your floors people. While my past experiences with service representative Al has been great, I have had nothing but difficulty calling in to schedule any appointment and once I get into my appointment (if I can get them to pick up the phone) the wait time is forever and no one communicates with you. Had the best car buying experience here! I looked for 6 months and they had better deals than anywhere in Mid-Missouri by far so it's worth the drive. Paul Hinton and Brandon Hatcher were awesome to work with, they listened to what I wanted and how I wanted to do it and did not pressure me at any point.
