Making an appointment is terrible. Said it was 7 weeks out but when I told them what I needed of course they can get it in a week. Also was not able to reach parts department on phone so no quote on price. Pretty sure parts is within walking distance of the service department. Was also told they needed to check on availability of parts for seven weeks out. Lol you could mill the parts by then.

I am on my second Maxima from St. Charles Nissan and I couldn't be more thrilled with my new Platinum. I can't say the purchase went without a hitch, however I think its important to point out that the level of attention and respect shown in the process made me feel like a very valued client. St. Charles Nissan's Service Department is horrible. I have not a good a experience with in this area with St. Charles Nissan. I would not recommend their service department.

We had service done on our 2014 Altima for almost 2 years and were always pleased with the work and price.
